A hegemonia mundial dos E.U.A., inimigos da Humanidade, qualificada de Nova Ordem Mundial, é partilhada com a Alemanha e o Japão, subordinados nazi-fascistas desde a II Guerra Mundial; num quadro mais amplo, o Capitalismo Mundial do Grupo dos Sete, reparte-se o mundo, num complexo sistema de áreas de influência, capitaneados pelos E.U.A..
As consequências da Nova Ordem Mundial resumem-se numa palavra: GENOCÍDIO das populações mundiais. O exemplo da Ruanda condensa o martírio dos pobres. Também Timor Leste por pequeno e esquecido. Coreia do Norte, Viet Nam, Cuba, Angola, Iraque, a população indígena chiapaneca...
Para chegarmos a este quadro mundial a importância e a transcendência do agir da Espanha, sempre candidata ao Grupo dos Sete para substituir o Canadá, tem sido notável: O modelo espanhol de FALSA democracia exportou-se a todo o mundo.
Na Monarquia Espanhola, em cujos domínios não se punha o sol, sob o governo do P.S.O.E. de Felipe González, o grau de CORRUPÇÃO ultrapassa qualquer limite, presos políticos, entre os quais patriotas galegos e portugueses, presos de consciência, escándalos financeiros, narcotraficantes absolvidos pelos mais altos Tribunais, os corpos armados da Monarquia organizados em bandas para-militares, B.B.E., A.A.A., G.A.L. e sobretudo a ideia da Espanha Imperial e Franquista agressiva e racista contra a Galiza.
NÃO AO BLOQUEIO ESPANHOL CONTRA A GALIZA
Desde a Galiza queremos denunciar a política de etnocídio praticada quer pelo Governo Espanhol do P.S.O.E. quer pelo Governo Autonómico da Junta do P.P..
A Nossa Terra secularmente dividida em duas desde a independência da sua parte Sul, Portugal, graças às vitórias das armas portuguesas sobre as espanholas, está a sofrer a mais impiedosa repressão que visa eliminar qualquer característica que identifique os galegos como portugueses.
O sinal de identidade que melhor define os povos é a sua língua. Eis onde com mais sanha a Espanha (Una, Grande, Libre) de Felipe González e Manuel Fraga tenta eliminar os galegos, convertendo-os em submissos escravos de fala e identidade espúria mas espanhola, atentando contra os direitos individuais e coletivos que assistem a qualquer povo.
A proibição PLANIFICADA E RIGOROSA de Portugal na Galiza, impede toda comunicação do além e do aquém-Minho. O bloqueio do português na Galiza permite à Espanha manter a sua colónia nas melhores condições para fazer o espólio ao que estão condenados os galegos desde há séculos.
Por tudo isto apelamos à solidariedade internacional a fazer qualquer denúncia, nomeadamente o Governo Português, para que o trabalho que está a desenvolver na O.N.U. e no Parlamento Europeu pela Autodeterminação e a Independência do Povo Maubere de Timor Leste o for num futuro imediato pela Autodeterminação e a Independência do Povo Galego, para Galiza se reunificar com Portugal.

The world hegemony of the U.S.A. (enemies of humanity), reputedly New World Order, is being partaken by Germany and Japan, both of them subordinates Nazi-fascist since the 2nd World War. In a more ample sight: the World-wilde Capitalism of the Seven’s Group, commanded by the U.S.A., shares the world with an influence areas complex sistem.
The consequences of the New World Order are condensed in a word: GENOCIDE of populations all over the world; the example of Rwanda demonstrates the martirdom of poors; East Timor because it is small and left out. North Korea, Viet Nam, Cuba, Angola, Iraq, the native population in Chiapas...
To reach up this world-wilde situation, the importance and the transcendence of the actuations of Spain (the always aspirant to substitutes Canada at the Seven’s Group) have been notable: The spanish FALSE democracy model was exported all over the world.
In the Spanish Monarchy (in whose domains there was not sunset) under the P.S.O.E. governing of Felipe González, the level of CORRUPTION exceed all limits: political prisoners (among of them Portuguese and Galicians ones), conscience prisoners, financial escandals, greatest drug traffickers absolved by highest Courts of Justice, armed forces of the Monarchy organized as semi-military gangs like B.B.E., A.A.A., G.A.L. and above all the ideology of the Imperial Spain, Follower of Franco, agressive and raciste against Galiza.
NOT SPANISH BLOCKADE AGAINST GALIZA
From Galiza we want to denounce the etnocide politics made either by the Spanish Goverment of the P.S.O.E. or by the Regional Goverment (Junta) of the P.P..
Our Country, secularly divided into two parts since the Independence of its south part, Portugal, thanks to the victories of the Portuguese arms upon the Spanish arms, it is suffering the greatest merciless repression to rremove any characteristics that let recognize the Galicians as Portugueses.
The best identification mark to define a people is his Language. Here it is the line of battle in wich Spain (One, Big, Free) of Felipe González and Manuel Fraga, with more fury tries to demolish the Galicians, converting them into broken slaves of their speech and spurious but spanish identity, by means of to attempt againts the personal and collectives Rights that have all peoples.
The RIGOROUS AND PLANNED prohibition of Portugal in Galiza, impede all communications betwen the two sides of the river Minho. The blockade of the portuguese in Galiza lets Spain to maintain his colony under the best conditions to continue the robbery what Galicians are sentenced to suffer from centuries.
Therefore we appead to the international solidarity to make any denounce, namely to the Portuguese Goverment; your demands of self-determination and independence of Maubere people of East Timor in the UN and European Parlamient are going to have success. And to make this same demand, self-determination and independence of Galician people, of Galiza, in the EU - UN, it will mark the beginning of systematic involvement of Portuguese Governement in defense of the humans rights of Galician people (linguistic, cultural, economic, politic... rights, wich is the consequence of its own history, common history with Portugal).
